Correct expansion gaps, the right underlay (with moisture barrier on concrete), and neat beading or scotia where it meets the skirting. Laminate fitted without these can lift or creak.

No. We don’t remove or fit skirting. We finish laminate neatly with beading or scotia instead.
Can laminate go in a bathroom?
Generally we’d recommend vinyl or LVT for bathrooms instead.
